Having just returned from the USA and feeling so awful I wish I had found the following remedy rather than the one I tried while I was away such as an infusion of Rosemary to wake me up on arrival at my destination and Geranium or Lavender to put me to sleep. The Rosemary certainly woke me up but the pungent smell of Geranium was so awful it made me feel worse! 

Emirates is to introduce a new service from Newcastle to Dubai from
01 September 2007. It opens up an onward route network that stretches across more than 80 destinations worldwide after just one short stop in Dubai. Emirates offers wonderful connections to South-East Asia, Australia & New Zealand, the Far East, Africa, the Middle East and the Indian sub-continent. It will be operated by Airbus A330-200 aircraft, with 27 Business Class and 251 Economy Class seats. Emirates already operates 91 non-stop flights each week, or 13 each day, from the UK to Dubai – five services daily from London Heathrow, three services per day from London Gatwick, double-daily flights from Birmingham and Manchester, and a daily connection from Glasgow.
